To reduce unnecessary waste, Flying Teez ONLY print to order - Please allow up to 14 days for your items to be ordered, printed and despatched. 

DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery & British Forces: Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery (2-3 business days) - FREE

Rest of the World: Royal Mail Standard International (3-17 business days) - £28.25 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

You may be charged for handing fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Flying Teez has no control over these charges and are unable to let you know the costs in advance as they vary by destination.

Any import duty or charges on a parcel must be paid by the receiver. We would advise contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new items as much as we do, but if you’re not completely happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns are simple:

  • Email us using the form on our contact page.
  • Once confirmed and agreed, you will be informed of the return address.
  • Please return the item(s) within 14 days.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility. 

We must receive orders in the same condition as it was received by you. We can't make a refund for goods which have been laundered, stained or have been damaged by you after receipt.

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
